Lamé is an exceptionally lightweight woven fabric distinguished by its brilliant metallic surface and crisp, airy body. Fine metallic PET and nylon yarns are woven together in a plain weave, allowing both sides of the fabric to reflect light while preserving a slightly sheer appearance. At only 30 GSM, this tissue-weight lamé creates dramatic shine with very little physical weight, making its visual impact far greater than its delicate construction might suggest. Its crisp hand holds light folds and dimensional shapes while the reflective surface shifts dramatically with movement.
